特點

■預埋槽鋼每米設有10個背栓,緊密連接混凝土,槽鋼系統受力。

■槽鋼側面加筋肋和背溝有鎖鍵功能,埋入時可加強與混凝土的握裹力。

■槽鋼卷邊帶有鋸齒,配合扣件,振動載荷,減少松動滑移配套T型泡沫填充物,而且T型泡沫比槽鋼表面高岀1.5毫米,將槽鋼固定于模板時產生擠壓,減少露漿。

■槽鋼通過鈍化鍍鋅、熱浸鍍鋅處理,具有良好的腐性能。

■直接埋入混凝土梁、柱、樓板內表面,不占空間。

■為后續抗震連接件安裝工作提供可變的平臺,且方便以后維修,拆卸調整。

■可用于不容許用錨栓固定常規槽鋼的潔凈應用場所,如電子廠房、化工等。

CHARACTERISTIC
